"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Finding a caring, dedicated therapist to help you with your psychological or physical difficulties is important. One who is also experienced, skilled and knowledgeable is even more beneficial to your success. Your time and energy are valuable, and I avoid dwelling on nonessentials and directionless talk; focusing, instead, on developing effective actions and solutions. In helping you I draw on a wide range of rich, creative therapeutic approaches, including behavioral and cognitive therapies, hypnosis, EMDR, as well as methods derived from other healing practices. My clients are typically surprised and satisfied with results which exceed their expectations.

While I work with many types of problems, I specialize in the treatment of trauma, sleep disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, chronic pain/illness, and drug/alcohol problems.

Knowledgeable in psychopharmacology I work collaboratively with the doctor(s) prescribing your medication(s). In addition to being a psychotherapist I am also Assistant Clinical Professor of Mental Health Sciences at Drexel University, a clinical trainer, and clinically supervise other therapists
