I have a holistic perspective--mind, body, spirit--toward health, believing it produces the best results for the client. I view the client as the "expert about you." Mostly, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy but draw on other approaches as well as life experience itself. Together, we can maximize what each of us brings to the counseling session for you to make the changes you desire.
