I have many years working in the mental health system with psychiatrists and other health professionals, as well as supervising masters level students.  In addition, I am  a Registered Dietetic Technician trained to work with weight management and  health related problems. 

As a private Psycotherapist with extensive business experieince, I am trained as an Adkins Life Skills Career Developer and utilize the coaching model when indicated.
