"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Feeling anxious, finding it difficult to focus, feeling overwhelmed or just drifting through life? Sress and pressure have become a common thread of life these days.  Sometimes harmful early life experiences or other trauma can make it especially difficult to cope with daily life, or to make good decisions about relationships. You can use psycotherapy to help you calm your mind and body, harness positive energy, clarify what you want and don't want with your life, and build healthy relationships.

Children, as well, can feel anxious, not be able to focus on schoolwork, be able to make good friends or easily manage transitions. Sometimes children have inherent vulnerabilities in their temperaments that lead to these difficulties. Experiences outside of their control such as  major losses or abusive experiences can derail a child's development and happiness. It can be hard as a parent to witness this and challenging to help your child back onto the path you envisioned for them. I work with children of all ages and their parents, to identify the reasons for problems and work toward a more satisfying and fun life.
