As a health coach, I specialize in helping busy individuals prioritize their health and nutrition in an overscheduled and hypercompetitive environment. I work with highly motivated people ranging from high level professionals to stay-at-home moms who have a strong desire to feel great for the long term, look their best and achieve their full potential.
Many of my clients are overworked high-level executives and business owners trying to do it all. I coach them in areas including stress and time management, balancing career and family and eating healthfully while traveling. In addition to seeing my clients improve their own health and outlook, I love bringing healthy lifelong nutrition habits to the entire family. To my delight, many clients report their children are requesting oatmeal for breakfast and kale at dinner!
