"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Psychotherapist working with individuals and families

What stops us from living the lives we truly want?  Sometimes it's "everyday life" that just builds up and takes over who we are. Other times it's the big events that leave us too overwhelmed to even begin to know what to do first.  Or, maybe it's the past that seems to finally catch up to us.

Whatever it might be, I can work with you to make sense of what you're going through, and develop a plan to bring about the change that you desire.  I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and stressful life events.  If needed, I have found it helpful to include spouses, significant others and any family members that you would like to invite to make the process as beneficial to you as possible.

My clients have shared that they experience me as nonjudgmental, truly concerned about their well being and able to offer unique insights.  I am forever awed by the transformative experience of therapy, and I believe you will be to!
