"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Marriage & Relationship Therapist

As a psychotherapist, I have been assisting individuals and couples resolve emotional stresses and relationship problems for over twenty five years. Psychotherapy enables people to improve coping skills, reduce hurtful behaviors, and live emotionally healthier lives. These are skills which all of us can learn with the right assistance and coaching.

I have helped hundreds of couples to determine the major strengths and problem areas in their relationships and to correct the sources of distress. This often involves learning new healthier ways to communicate and removing "hot spots" from the past which interfere with the present. Sometimes one partner is not willing to come for relationship therapy. In that case I work with the partner who does realize the benefit of changing destructive patterns in the relationship. If one person changes, the relationship is changed!

I can be reached at 713-523-2772 or at www.btc@btcavanaugh.com
