I am an "unsticker". We all make decisions about how to get reward and avoid punishment from very little on, first in our immediate family and then the larger community as our world expands. Most of these decisions hold us in good stead through our lives. But as we grow up, we sometimes find that our decisions, our way of thinking, feeling, and doing, don't work, don't fit our current reality. We become stuck.
I work quickly and actively. my total cost may be less than others' because of my ability to focus, set goals, and work quickly. Every session should be of help. My goal--to make a positive difference each session so that my patients use the therapy in the real world.
Indeed, I have surveyed 10 years of patients to see if the therapy held up over time. for The majority of patients felt the changes they made with my help were beneficial and lasting.
