I help you help yourself by increasing your consciousness/awareness to make the best and healthiest choices for you and your relationships.

In my treatment of anxiety, trauma, depression,and other problems, I will help you alleviate, your symptoms and causes,for your mind, body and spirit healing. I help couples and families improve their relationships by helping them effectively communicate their love,care,concerns,wants,and needs as well as increasing their understanding of each other.

I help you to develop understanding and consciousness to make healthier choices for maximized health as a whole person, mentally, physically and spiritually.
