"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

My foundation is beginning where you are. I tie together your individuality along with an understanding of your family background to help you identify and utilize your own resources to solve problems you are having difficulty solving on your own. Your view point counts! It is okay to start out with a rough draft that can be edited along the way. My job is help you achieve your goals, whether they have to do with solving behavior problems with a loved one, relationship issues, or managing & resolving problems such as depression, anxiety and addiction.

I help you clarify and express what life would look like without your concerns. From there, we develop a concrete plan that shows you how to achieve those goals. What is important is the ability to be practical minded and how to go from the abstract to the concrete in problem solving.

The practice is multi-professional, i.e., therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists. These internal resources facilitate making appropriate referrals in a timely manner. More important, the professional diversity allows for varied viewpoints in solving problems. This allows our practice to step outside the box in helping you generate solutions to problems.
