I have spent more than 25 years working with a wide variety of clients. I recognize that choosing a therapist can seem like a daunting task to many.  I believe that the most important element of the work lies in the therapist's ability to create an environment that encourages individuals to comfortably explore their feelings, history and conflicts without being critically judged but instead, being guided to a new level of understanding and resolution.
