"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Independent Clincal Social Worker

Imagine the best you can be. Imagine the best future possible. Your future doesn't have to be your past. Whether your issues are relationship, professional, life or health related our collaboration will identify, prioritize and help you achieve your goals. Together we travel a path of personal exploration and growth, while working to alleviate emotional distress. We begin by assessing issues causing pain. Then as partners, we determine what feels most comfortable. Your treatment path is as individual as you are. We select from a variety of insight oriented and cognitive behavioral therapies, including relaxation training and the expressive arts.

I have been in practice for 20 years, working with individuals, couples and families. After receiving my Masters degree from Smith College, I began working with adolescents and adults with a range of personal and relationship issues, work related and mental health concerns.

Specializing in work with individuals and families dealing with cancer, I am a strong support and resourceful advocate, helping a person to cope and navigate the complex health care system. I believe in the value of teaching my clients meditation and relaxation training, and bring much experience to fostering this skill.
