As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I am oriented to guiding people through Transition times: divorce, moving, job change, death, bereavement, new diagnoses, any and all of life's changes.
Holistic Psychotherapy looks at the whole human being---Body, Mind and Spirit. In addition to the traditional "talk" therapy, I teach techniques that can include visualization, meditation, journaling, etc., depending on what the client is comfortable with, looking for, and that can provide clarity, relief, and healing back to wholeness.
My Practice focuses on reclainming aspects of connectedness, spirituality, acceptance and creativity. My aim is to break the cycle of pain, overcome obstacles, and to go on to create what your heart desires.
