"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Resilience, Relaxation, and Focus Trainer

In my 27 years of clinical practice, I have met many interesting individuals, who made the choice, like you, to seek counseling. I offer a dedicated and professional listening ear, compassionate spirit, and a clear, supportive guiding voice. My goal is to assist people in developing their strengths, coping skills, and energy so that they may better enjoy their lives. My focus is to work with you, to change, not only to solve the problems at hand, but to learn how to problem solve for the future. I encourage positive change, resilience, and the growth that comes from learning.

Diagnostics help name the problem, whether it is depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship or organizational , I am an experienced diagnostician with good insight. Once the problem is named, the greatest work ahead is to learn what to do, how to address the problem, when and what to change.

My clinical practice experience ranges from working with urban social service projects in Chicago, training multinational corporation executives in New York, providing in patient psychiatric interventions, supervising and training psychologists, therapists, educators. I am adept with individual as well as family systems and group work.
