Earl is a Licensed Cliniical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) in private practice at Adult and Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center in Satellite Beach, Florida.  He is certified as a sex therapist (C.S.T.),  e-therapist (C.E.T.), and addiction professional (C.A.P.)by State of Florida review boards.  He has also met the Department of Transportation's criteria to practice as a qualified substance abuse professional (S.A.P.).  He interlaces these licenses and certifications to meet your needs whether it be in individual, couples or family counseling.
