"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Master Social Worker

Do you feel sad, lonely, angry, confused? A professional counselor can help. I utilize an individual approach that builds on, and recognizes, the strengths you already have and assists you to learn new ones. My goal is to help you bring positive change and serenity back into your life. My practice has evolved through a variety of settings.

Working in a Psychiatric Hospital has given me extensive training working with groups and individuals with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, and trauma.

I have worked with a wide array of people in various settings including domestic violence, adoption and The Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault, (MOCSA). At MOCSA, I worked with those dealing with sexual abuse, rape and trauma providing individual and group therapy. Make positive changes in your life today.

Are you struggling with relationship issues and need professional guidance? I will help you with healthy relationship skills, and together we will come up with goals and a plan to improve your life. Do you have a family member struggling with addiction? I work with the family members that are affected by the disease of addiction. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, non- judgmental, place for my clients to be heard.

It will be my pleasure to discuss appointment options with you. Please give me a call or send an email.
