My goal is to help you understand just how you can help your child to grow to achieve fulfillmentand success as an adult. This is the most complex and challenging job there is and many parents find themselves faced with situations that they just cannot seem to figure out. Is the problem with my child, with my parenting, or both? Is my spouse's approach right or is mine?  Am I being too harsh or too lenient? Sometimes as parents we are just not seeing the problem in ways that show us what we need to do.

This might involve understanding your child's developmental stage, their hard wired characteristics and how best to work with them, or how to use the most effective communiations and negitiating skills to achieve your gaols.
