"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Brynna Levin Sibilla, LCSW

Last Updated: 02/03/2012

I have provided counseliing and spychotherapy to individuals and couples since 1994 regarding their relationships, self growth, parenting, self-esteem, trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and other life-stressors/transitions.  My style is safe, warm and straightforward.  Through talk, visualization, raising awareness of beliefs, feelings, behavior, and bodily sensations clients develop the ability to listen more deeply to themselves, and process deeper feelings and beliefs. This is the path of healing and growth which allows for clearer thinking and behaving in ways that are more consistent with who you are now. A greater ability to meet your own needs arises, then old patterns can change and greater courage, clarity and flexibility in all areas is developed.  My clients become more consistently authentic, creative and effective in their lives, and create relationships with greater intimacy.  It is deeply satisfying to guide clients in healing and transformation. I am available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and accept most insurance plans although coverage may be limited.  Please call 503-280-1101 with any questions.
