Life can be challenging—no question.  People often need help navigating through the various life crises they confront.  Helping people learn how to express their needs and discover ways to meet those needs so they can begin to feel happy and satisfied is my goal for any therapy relationship.

For over 25 years, through roles of pastor, military chaplain and professional therapist, I have assisted people in understanding the distress they are experiencing and learning to incorporate the changes needed to improve their lives.

Individual, marriage/couple/relationship, family and group counseling are offered for all ages.  Some of the concerns and issues I help with include anxiety, stress, communication, depression, anger, parenting, post-traumatic stress, pre-marital, addictions/compulsions, work-place and drug & alcohol abuse.
