"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Clincal Psychotherapist

Welcome, I specialize in working with people suffering with symptoms of depression, anxiety, guilt and shame, in individual, couples work or in group therapy.  I am also trained as an Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, working with people who are struggling with drugs and/or alcohol abuse or dependence; sexual addiction or compulsivity issues; gambling problems; and eating disorders like anorexia, bulemia and compulsive overeating.

I run several ongoing therapy groups in my practice and find that group therapy is a wonderful way to learn about yourself in ways that include positive attributes as well as other issues.  I believe in looking at each person as a separate and whole being, and tailor your therapy to match what is going on for you specifically.  I can help you to uncover and reduce feelings of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, shame and guilt and stress and anxiety.

Coming to see a psychotherapist takes courage and is a big step in helping yourself.  I offer you a place to come and talk about all that is going on for you and to help you sort through it and find more of yourself.

Please call me for a "risk-free" consultation.  I'd be happy to talk with you briefly on the phone and then set up an appointment to meet in person.  I hope to see you soon and I look forward to being with you.
