"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker,

Diplomate in Clinical Social Work,

Registered Professional Nurse

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, and Registered Nurse with 32 years of experience in the mental health field. I can successfully assist you though a difficult period in a warm and understanding therapeutic environment. I have had excellent results helping those suffering from symptoms of anxiety, depression, loss, grief, relationship difficulties, and varied health problems. I also have a special ability to connect with people suffering from the remnants of severe trauma, as well as the proficiency to teach those suffering to "self-soothe" and process their emotions in a more functional manner.

I can facilitate insight into the possible causes of most distressful issues. Once understood, we can redefine any life goals you might wish to change. In so doing, losses can be grieved, communication between parties can be improved, and a successful approach toward resolution of most issues can proceed.

My nursing experience in diverse settings, including psychiatric, veteran, and community hospitals, has enhanced my psychotherapeutic abilities and has enabled me to treat my clients from a holistic perspective. My post-graduate psychoanalytic psychotherapy training and certification have expanded my knowledge base and have been integrated into my healing methodology.
