"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Last Updated: 11/09/2011

Independent Social Worker-Supervisor; Clinician.

Are you seeking joy and fulfillment, focus and peace? Do you feel overwhelmed by life's demands, torn by stress, uncertainty and out-of-control emotions?  Do you strive for direction and meaning? I would like to help you if you do.

Do you have trouble achieving your goals, managing your emotions, making decisions, clarifying relationships, or coping with stress? Do you struggle with unresolved trauma? If so I would like to help.

My joy is guiding my clients to the aha moment when the fog lifts and they glimpse the reality of peace and self-acceptance, and a path toward attaining their dreams. These may have to do with relationships, coping with and resolving past trauma, or developing skills to better meet todays demands.

I use evidence-based techniques such as Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-focused Therapy to help clients learn skills to have happier lives, reduce patterns of chaotic relationships, communication difficulties, and caregiving burdens. Please call or email me to schedule a visit!
