"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Problems are opportunities that can deepen our level of self-understanding leading the way to creative solutions.  If you are reading this you have already taken the first step in this journey.  Let me help you work towards an emotionally healthier and fulfilling life by learning new tools for living.

Many of us live a contented life until a loss or life stressor signals us that something is wrong.  We need new ways to cope.  These stressors can produce depression, anxiety and high stress and can trigger past traumas that can interfere in our growth.

I utilize various treatment methods including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and brainspotting that have been found to be quick and effective.   I also provide support to divorcing families who are experiencing through the inevitable stress that arises from transitioning from one household to two.

It is my privilege to assist my clients as they transform their lives and gain new insights into what makes them tick and what barriers prevent them from moving forward.  Let's collaborate in pinpointing the blocks in your life and discovering solutions that work.
