"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We're all human, and at some point in our lives, we need someone to talk to who's objective, and won't judge us.  Choosing a therapist is part art, and part science.  You want to make sure they're qualified, that they're experienced in what your issues are, and that you're both comfortable with each other - a "good match".

I have a specialty in trauma, and use relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help a people gain control over the overwhelming anxiety, fear and depression that they may experience as a result of the trauma.  I'm also trained in long term psychodynamic psychotherapy as well, and combine both approaches for a better "fit".  I also help people who are struggling with depression, work issues, and problems in their relationships, whether it's with family, friends, partners, supervisors, or co-workers.

I'm happy to do a brief phone consult so we can decide what best fits your needs.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
