Working with Teens,couples and their extended families has been my priviledge and joy for many years.Increasing happiness and decreasing sadness, worry and anger through collaboration is Key! I perceive that each and every individual is special. Assisting persons in reaching their highest practicable level of functioning is achieved through the development of a comprehensive assessment and mutually determined plan. Primarily, we establish a sound therapeutic alliance built  upon the foundation blocks of psychodynamic psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together we agree to put the best treatment plan into action which may require medication. In which case we work in concert with your primary care physician, psychiatrist or nurse practitioner.
