"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Are you feeling lonely, distant and angry at your partner? Have you given up on love?

For over 25 years I have worked as a psychotherapist helping couples improve their relationships, and individuals find and maintain relationships. I work with adults and couples using a variety of skill building techniques to help them reach their goals, dreams and stop repeating self defeating patterns. In a supportive working process clients learn to identify negative behaviors getting in the way of satisfying connections. We work on diminishing anger, blame and destructive relationship skills and replacing them with compassion, mindfulness and assertiveness.

I work with women's issues including weight and body image, reproductive issues, parenting, and midlife and menopausal changes. Together, we work to overcome the depression and self doubt connected to these issues. I am interested in helping clients incorporate healthy life approaches into their individual and couples experience.

I have extensive experience in psychotherapy and relationship counseling. I have been an adjunct instructor at NYU School of Social Work for 13 years, and I also supervise other therapists.
