"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Julie Ann Allender, Ed.D.

Last Updated: 05/25/2012

Licensed psychologist & partners Bailey & Sasha

Diet, nutrition, exercise & stress reduction are a primary focus for able bodied & disabled. The girls, Bailey & Sasha help Dr Allender create a fun growthful environment. The therapy room is a tropical garden with plants, fountains & music. The environment is conducive to learning how to make changes in ones life, improve communication skills, reduce stress, resolve conflicts, problem solve, take risks, face tough conflicts, decision making, set priorities & goals.

She works with all ages, race, religion, gender, LGBT, disabled & cultures, and encourage an active lifestyle meant to motivate the patient to address issues, conflicts & change in a positive manner. Dr Allender has an edge in helping others as she is also disabled, having been poisoned by the contaminated tryptophan in the 1980's. It never stopped her from setting or reaching her goals & she enjoys paying it forward.

Dr Allender does individual, family, couple and group therapy. Also an available option is video taped sessions for instant replay & analysis.

Our motto is No Mountain Too High to Climb.
