"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Last Updated: 05/17/2012

 Licensed Clinical Social Worker

It takes courage to admit needing help with problems in your life and to seek help.  You are taking that critical first step and that takes motivation. In therapy I always emphasize that you ultimately have control and freedom to make decisions. My focus is to help you examine problems and conflicts and the consequences of reacting to them. Your confidentiality is of the upmost importance to me and I am compliant with HIPPA regulations. My theoretical orientation is psychodynamic . I have 31 years of post-Master's degree experience and have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges across the life-span. They have included depression, anxiety, addiction ( alcohol/substance abuse, sexual, and gambling). men's issues, sexual problems, and trauma. My office hours are on weekends and weekday evenings at the present time. I offer free consultation by telephone or in person to determine if there is a "good fit". My fees for self-pay are based on a sliding scale and I accept many insurance plans. I look forward to hearing from you.
