"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

My practice provides a place of healing for both severe and less intense problems, from anxiety and depression to men's and women's issues dealing with families-of-origin and relationships. Whatever your personal or mental health concerns, I take a respectful, compassionate and collaborative approach. My education, training and experience enable my practice to serve the psychological healing and integration of persons from a broad range of perspectives and cultures--no matter where you are in your life or where you have been.

As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), I treat a wide range of psychological difficulties and disorders with the best evidence-based therapies. I specialize in using cognitive and behavioral approaches, along with a depth psychology understanding of human development; my approach draws from psychodynamic, object relations and Jungian frameworks.

I have had the privilege to have trained with some of the leaders of the therapy field, including John Bradshaw and Daniel Siegel, MD. A fuller description of my counseling and psychotherapy practice is present on my website; you may click on the link below for further information
