It is an important step, and the most important part of the process is finding someone that you can connect with and feel safe with. In 32 years of private practice I have been successful with anxiey and depression.

In addition to traditional Psychotherapy treatment, I use EMDR, a method that QUCKLY helps one process inner turmoils which is often the cause of anxiety, depression, and recurring relationship conflicts. EMDR usually saves TIME and MONEY. I am an excellent relationship therapists, having saved many relationships, helping couples understand their dynamics.
