"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Result-Based Psychotherapy

What can you expect from our time together?
I believe that we are “life students” evolving from our collective experience.  Your experience has led you here.  As the art/science of psychotherapy evolves, I promise to remain on the “cutting edge” providing you with the most effective psychotherapeutic methods available. I bring compassion, humor, focus, years of clinical experience and an exceptional array of treatment tools during the time we spend together.   Energy psychology (based in physics), is a relatively “new,” focused approach I incorporate to support the resolution of life challenges.  It often provides a faster, deeper resolution than talk therapy alone can offer.  Symbiosis occurs as we learn from one another.  The fact that you are reading this page, means that you’re ready to begin a new adventure.  Choosing to take this journey means that you will be successful in changing your life experience!

Initially, we will work to identify and challenge behaviors that you have earmarked as no longer useful to your positive growth and development. You can imagine the benefit of a detail oriented, solution-based healing journey that provides you with measurable results.  After you’ve identified actions and behaviors you’d like to exchange, we will work to create an effective, pro-active, dynamic “action plan” which will replace and transform old deep-rooted behavioral patterns with something you have created and have intentionally chosen that can be implemented and sustained, something positive and different.  Imagine positive transformation and imagine it happening with ease!

I look forward to hearing from you, Susanna Wood
