Zito,LCSW,SAP.I am highly experienced in providing psychotherapeutic services  to individuals, groups and families.I have served in the role of teacher, supervisor and practicing psychotherapist. I would like to see myself as intelligent, kind and direct in my treatment approach.I blend humor and wit with a strong theoretical background. I am especially helpful to couples in distress and to people struggling with crippling anxiety.

I have had significant experience as a practicing jazz saxophonist. I have been helpful to the issues of the creative personality. I work equally well with both individuals and couples. I have also been able to connect well with teens of both sexes.I am  a DOT certified Substance Abuse Professional.
