"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Psychotherapist

I have been in practice 33 years, focussing on mental health problems. I specialize in helping people identify, assess, and take appropriate action to reduce the stress in their lives and improve their relationships. I teach how to recognize and act on feelings appropriately in order to maintain personal boundaries, maintain a low stress level, and focus more on the opportunities life has to offer. If you would like to achieve peace of mind, contact me.

I provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy. The first session is free, so you can decide if I am the right therapist for you.

Call, or email me for your first appointment.
