"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

TRANSFORMATIONAL COUNSELING

I have discovered that the solution to every problem is available within the heart and mind of every person and that each person has the innate capacity to access their own wisdom in order to move through whatever life brings them.

Because of this, the therapeutic process is inherently empowering, positive and life-transformational.

Whether problems are from the past or from the present, whether they arise from the mind, emotions or physical body, the whole person is taken into consideration.

Together we work toward real shifts in consciousness which naturally lead to shifts in attitude, understanding, perception, behavior and lasting change. In this way, challenges are transformed into opportunities and each person's life can be looked at and experienced in a new way.

Through discovering inner strengths and learning new coping skills, problems can be solved, long-standing issues resolved, true guidance accessed and life can move from a stress filled experience to a joyful, fulfilling advenure of limitless possibilities.
