"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Advanced Certified Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist

I work together with my clients to create a space of warmth and safety, so you feel open and free to fully express all aspects of yourself as we journey together toward whole person transformation. Fully present and with compassion, I hold the space for you to do your work. I trust that deep within you, there is a pull toward wholeness and wellness and that you do know what you need to find that completeness.  Our work together will be truly empowering and healing.  I am so privileged to bear witness to my clients growth and I honor the courage and strength required to take the steps toward change.

I am very excited to specialize, and hold an advanced certification in, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, which is a powerful healing modality. It is highly effective in treating a wide range of issues and helps people get to the source of these issues by guiding you to achieve a deep sense of relaxation and focus that allows information in your subconscious to rise to the surface.  After clearer contact with experiences and emotions, you are better able to release the energy of these emotions and gain better understanding of how early conclusions and decisions inform your life today.  With new insights and realizations, you open to profound change and healing and create new affirmations that transform your life.  I would love to have the to opportunity to talk with you about this work, please contact me with your curiosity and to receive a complimentary 10 minute phone consultation.
