I invite all to read my web pages and inquire.Have been providing Medicare B,AARP and other approved psychotherapy services in clinic or home settings including home care for the disabled and hospice in Ocean and Monmouth Counties New Jersey.90% of the cases are long term and have lowered risk of hospitalization and have prolonged their stay in the community despite aging in problems.I also offer case management services, referral to concrete services,and coordination of services.Lately I have been a resource for ECT discharged patients needing supportive treatment as young as 40 yrs. old.I am a former clinical supervisor of a of a large international health care system and have provided educational consultative services to providers since 1997.Board Certified Diplomate since 1988.
