Dr. Ujifusa received his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.  The Psy.D.program in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas is approved by the American Psychological Association.  Dr. Ujifusa is licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Soical Worker and has been granted Diplomat status in Forenisc Counseling.  Dr. Ujifusa is approved to provide clinical supervision by the Minnesota Board of Social Work and The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.   Dr. Ujifusa provides psychotherapy or consultation to local and touring performing artists including musicians and actors and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
