	We are living in in a society filled with stress and anxiety. So many things have changed in our world. How do we cope with it all? My specialization is working with anxiety and tress, no matter what the cause is. Sometimes it can be something from our past or it could be something in the present. I am an EMDR Certified clinician working with trauma. We have little T's (trauma's) and some have big T's. The inability to cope is what cause the anxiety and depression. I am a credentialed CASAC. Aprroximately three years ago I survived triple by-pass surgery. This experience gave me more insight into anxiety and depression. It has made me a more empathic therapist having gone through the experience myself. My office hours are Monday-Thursday, give me a call or e-mail me.
