"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

You are the greatest determinant of your well-being. It takes courage and strength to address issues that are troubling. In practice for over 25 years, with advanced training in psychotherapy, I am also on the faculties of Columbia and New York University Schools of Social Work.

My experience has given me great insight into working with a diverse group of individuals and couples wanting help with a variety of personal and interpersonal problems.I place great value on developing a collaborative relationship to work on self understanding and improvement, as well as developing skills and obtaining services to enhance living.

Whether the problems be relational, career, family, distressing symptoms, or wanting to better your life, work is tailored to focus on who you are, and what you need. This ecletic approach is based on understanding and addressing past experiences, your current situation and future goals. I would welcome talking to you about your situation and can be contacted via e mail or phone.
