"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Carla J. Wynn, MSW LCSW DCSW

Last Updated: 05/01/2012

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, DCSW QCSW

I hold an abiding belief that no matter how difficult a person’s circumstances may be, it is possible to produce meaningful change.  I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration with my client on a unique journey towards self-enhancement, wellness and goal attainment. My focus includes developmental, anxiety/depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, life transition issues.

My theoretical basis takes into consideration the developmental stage of not only the individual but the family as well.  In this effort, we explore the emotional and psychological demands of individuation, interpersonal and adaptive coping skill development.  As a client you are in complete control and may end our professional relationship at any point.  I will be supportive of that decision.  Ultimately, my job is to work myself out of a job, so that you can feel self-assured to carry on without my intervention
