 Psychotherapy is a study in self. We would not be able to install and run our electronic devices without instructions. E ven when working with couples the psychological aspects must be understood.  Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Weight, couples & Family, are included among the issues I address most often.  Listening very closely is the first step.  Healing and communication is an art.

I find that most of my client referrals are from couples, or those I treated with a combination of psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and/or Energy Psychology.

What normally took months, if not years to heal before, to the amazement of the client, can often take only several sessions now.  Though Counseling is and always has been the best tool in the toolbox these other inovative optional modalities are additional tools that are becoming invaluable. 

Treating Addiction, Anxiety, Phobia, Self Esteem, Pain and Weight Loss with these new treatment modalities has been nothing less then miraculous.
