"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Psychotherapist/Counselor

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My intention as a therapist is to offer a safe, welcoming opportunity for you to explore your challenges, beliefs and hopes. Together we will look at your concerns and patterns, the meanings you have given them, and other options you might consider. We will identify and illuminate your personal strengths and sources of inspiration to draw upon for support and wisdom, and may add new skills as well.

For 30 years I've helped people make sense of their lives and experiences, clarify what they feel, think and want, and replace old habits with successful alternatives. In addition to talk therapy, I use EMDR, effective both for reducing/eliminating PTSD, depression and anxiety, and enhancing creative/athletic performance.

I see people primarily in person, although Skype sessions may be available for Vermont residents who do not use insurance. I accept most insurance plans, credit cards through Paypal and cash payments. My office is wheelchair accessible. Please call or email with questions or for an appointment.
