"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Each client's unique life experience, personal values, beliefs, as well their strengths are respected and valued within the therapeutic treatment process I follow.  Drawing on over 12 years of counseling experience and more than 25 years as a social worker, I practice a holistic, collaborative approach to working with clients. My professional experience has encompassed working with people from diverse backgrounds, lifestyles, and belief systems. Compassion, respect, and integrity are my guiding principles.

I draw from various theoretical methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic to help guide client's toward personal healing and growth. Interactive talk therapy and in-session mind-body exercises activities are used depending on the issue(s) being addressed and the objectives and goals of the individual client.

Indvidual, couples, family and group counseling services are available for adolescents and adults.  I offer some evening and weekend appointment times to accomodate people's various work/school schedules and lifestyles. A free, confidential phone consultation is available to anyone inquiring about counseling services, having specific questions or concerns, or simply trying to decide if I am a therapist they can feel safe and comfortable working with.
