"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed, exhausted, or out of control?  Do you have difficulty stopping a constant stream of worries?  Have you suffered a trauma that prevents you from experiencing peace of mind?  Do you want to feel happier with yourself and in your relationships?

Therapy can help you.  In a confidential relationship, we can explore the reasons for your unhappiness and find ways to overcome them.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 34 years of experience in the treatment of individuals, couples, and families.  I have extensive clinical experience in a wide range of emotional problems.

I offer an approach that considers your personal experiences.  My clients request help for a variety of life challenges including some that originate in trauma or abuse, as well as those that arise from other painful experiences.  I can help you feel safer, more confident and prepared for life.

Every person has the potential for emotional growth.  I can help you heal your past and brighten your future.
