"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Building pathways to a brighter future

Finding the right therapist can be challenging. I believe that it is important for you to feel safe, comfortable and understood. With over 15 years as a therapist I will help you find your own voice, connect to your inner experiences, have more meaningful relationships and more satisfying work. The goal is to have a fuller sense of who you are and a more rewarding and fulfilling life. My specialities include relationship struggles, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety and grief and loss. I work primarily from a relational perspective. I bring twenty years experience of understanding how women's lives interact with the world they live in. My training is in understanding how deeper feelings affect women's beliefs about themselves, their behavior and their relationships. I have a special interest in the ways that social and cultural experiences impact their relationship and work life.
