"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Aiding, encouraging and leading people to LIVE WELL - mind, body and spirit - through advocacy, counseling, education and support services.

Living well - mind, body & spirit - is the goal many strive for daily. However, sometimes life throws a curve ball and you need help finding balance. Working as a professional Social Worker for many years in hospitals and various other settings has afforded me the opportunity to have extensive experiences with clients that have had multiple needs. My specialties include: general life adjustments, crisis intervention, trauma, mild to chronic medical conditions and illnesses, interpersonal violence (Domestic Violence, Abuse and Sexual Assault) and community violence, adoption, foster care and transitional foster youth issues; as well as, support to first responders.

Having the following specialized certifications have equipped me to work with you, the client, to manage these and other very sensitive life issues: Sexual Assault Advocate Certification, Domestic Violence Counselor Certification, Batterers' Intervention Program Facilitator Certification and the Model Approach to Partnership in Parenting (MAPP) Facilitator Certification.

My practice style is holistic and solution focused using cognitive behavioral, humanistic and other appropriate techniques while using the arts when indicated to assist with the therapeutic process. Building and maintaining rapport is my priority throughout our time together as this is an important task in developing a strong therapeutic foundation and relationship. We build from there leading to a journey of growth and healing. Let's work in partnership to help you LIVE WELL - mind, body and spirit.
