I work with children, teens and adults in individual, marital and family therapy and have been a therapist since 1984. Besides traditional talk therapy techniques, I am trained in and utilize Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have found these techniques to be especially helpful in addressing traumas, fears and phobias, and unresolved issues that have not responded well to talk therapy.
