"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

PSYCHOTHERAPY

I am trained in family systems theory to help consider how a person's relationships both create and alleviate stress. I was first a medical social worker and remain very interested in mind-body connections. I see adults 18 to seniors to solve problems, decrease tension, and increase life satisfaction.

I have often worked with people on issues of loss, anxiety, depression, decision-making, and personal habits. We discuss the variety of concerns you may have, including, but not limited to, your health, your family, and your work or education.

When people first come in they frequently are experiencing considerable pressure, internal and external. Therapy can help to sort through what is weighing on you and, hopefully, lighten your load. Over time thinking is clearer, emotional reactivity is reduced, and more options emerge for dealing with life's challenges.
