"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

Last Updated: 10/24/2011

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Are you looking for a more balanced and fulfilling life? I help individuals and couples map out what is happening right now. Together, we can link those feelings to awareness, new ways to communicate, and lasting change.

We will ask questions that help you see things in a new way, explore patterns in important relationships, come up with strategies to strengthen your sense of self, and problem-solve emotionally charged situations. Developing awareness in these areas can improve relationships, reduce anxiety, and increase feelings of satisfaction.

Clients come to see me for help with the following issues: Stress, depression, feelings of dissatisfaction, anxiety, decisions regarding relationships or jobs, worry about the future, conflict with family, illness, anger, grief, loneliness, and communication problems.

Practice specialties include individual and couple counseling for parents, counseling and support for women, life transitions, and parenting.I also offer support services and counseling to new moms and dads who may be struggling with the adjustment to parenthood and/or with postpartum anxiety/depression.

My office is located right across the street from the Tenleytown metro (red line) station. Feel free to give me a call or email with any questions. More information is available at www.jenniferkogan.com.
