Are you tired, filled with anxiety, feeling depressed? Perplexed with a young adult living at home? Unhappy or stuck in a relationship?
I have over eighteen years experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families and view therapy as a collaborative effort. With a strength-based approach we’ll focus on your current capabilities and learn to recognize coping patterns that negatively effect relationships and your mental health. I can help you develop new tools that will bring about desired change and build healthier relationships, renewed self confidence, wholeness, and meaning in your life. In therapy with children, I actively involve parents.
I collaborate closely with local psychiatrists and schools and have a broad knowledge of intense treatment programs that provide continuity of care. Treatment modalities include individual, couples and family therapy.
My office is on North Avenue at the corner of East Avenue in Oak Park. Parking is free and convenient.
